Waterford

This home built in 1979 was like a time capsule back to simpler times. With carpet in all rooms (yes, all 3 bathrooms !), honey oak trim and cabinets throughout, as well as a living and dining room split in half by a 13 feet high bar area, this project looked very daunting at first. Though with a closer look, it became apparent that the house had a lot of potential to be remodeled into a modern and luxurious property with large living areas and high-end finishes.
